We booked a last minute bouncy house for my son’s 5th Birthday and got the new pumpkin bouncy house! They were really busy that weekend and asked if they could come and set up early with no extra charge. The bouncy house was super clean and the kids had a blast. Will definitely be issuing Vertical Entertainment for our future birthday parties!

Vertical Entertainment is awesome!! My company has worked with them for a few years now for our annual employee events, and every time, they're a hit! Vertical Entertainment was so easy to work with. Their communication and service was top tier and we appreciate all their efforts. The kids all had a blast playing on the pirate ship and it was a big hit with the whole family. And we got an extra day with the bounce house which was an unexpected perk for the kids

We have been renting water slides and bouncy house for the past 3 years for our kids birthday. Vertical entertainment never disappoints! Our kids are always happy to see the slides arrive early and stay a whole day after their party. The slides/bouncy house are always such a hit for kids and adults! They come and set everything thing up and take everything down so you don’t have to worry about it. I highly recommend vertical entertainment.

Everything was perfectly describe and extremely personable staff! Never needed to question anything and if I did all I had to do was send a text or pick up the phone. Amazing communication and punctuality and even better updates with delivery and drop off! Gentlemen that dropped off were efficient and fast! Extremely great pricing for the quality of equipment and staff you get to work with! Loved the concept of picking designs for the bounce house. We just had our own.
